The large/double size mat covers the surface area of a queen-sized mattress and measures 54" x 72" (137 cm x 182 cm), while the small/single size mat is for a single person, covers the surface area of a twin-sized mattress, and measures 27" x 72" (69 cm x 182 cm). Each mat comes with convenient straps that stretch to fit any size bed. If you have a king bed, we recommend you use two single mattress covers. The pad has 30% conductive PU (polyurethane) and 70% polyester with a thin 100% conductive carbon tech material. All you need to do is secure the mat to your mattress with the straps, plug the cord into your grounded outlet, and enjoy your blissful, grounded sleep. Note: to allow earthing, your fitted sheets must be made from 100% natural fibres, such as cotton, silk, or bamboo.

How to use:
- Use outlet checker to test and confirm outlet has proper working ground.
- Pleace the sleep mat on top of your mattress and secured with the two elastic bands under the mattress.
- Snap the cord onto the connection tab of your sleep mat or tester (see step 5).
- Insert the end of the cord into outlet.
- Following instructions on continuity tester, check that you are grounded while being in contact with the pad.
- The shiny black side of the sleep mat is conductive. Place fitted sheet over top of sleep pad.
