How many servings are in one bottle?
Each 32 fl oz (946 mL) bottle contains approximately 32 servings. One serving is 1 fl oz (30 mL), equivalent to two tablespoons.
How should I take intraMIN®?
For daily maintenance, take 1 fl oz (30 mL) per day, six days a week, with one rest day. If combining with intraMAX® for performance support, the manufacturer recommends taking 1 fl oz of intraMAX in the morning and 1 fl oz of intraMIN 6–8 hours later.
The manufacturer recommends taking intraMIN on an empty stomach, or after a light meal if you have a sensitive stomach. Keep it at least two hours apart from prescription medications.
Can I take intraMAX® and intraMIN® together?
intraMAX® provides a broad range of nutritional ingredients, while intraMIN® offers a complementary trace mineral formula. They can be considered together as part of a nutritional routine, but superior absorption from combining them has not been independently established.
